The Opportunity

Travel and Entertainment (T&E) is responsible for the management and administration of the Coupa expense reporting system, PNC corporate credit card program, Amex GBT employee travel program, work related company vehicles and the Coupa Meetings, Events and Sponsorship program and all of guiding policies, standards and processes. We partner with business leaders and employees to assist with all travel and meeting and events related needs. In addition to the T&E space, cross-over roles exist within the Payables space.

The Work Itself

The Analyst will oversee the expense report process, as well as support the Customer Service team with Travel & Entertainment inquiries, work collaboratively with our offshore team and assist with monthly reporting. This role will also be responsible for identifying and recommending expense and travel system enhancements for an improved employee experience.

  • Support the T&E programs for Ally Financial - US& Canada
  • Assist with level two escalation issues related totravel & expense, travel arrangements and meetings & events
  • Support the expense reporting & travel platforms(Coupa Expense & Neo) ensuring enhancements are brought to thetechnical teams and tested prior to implementation
  • Assist Customer Service with expense delinquency andescalations process
  • Work with Customer Service to provide trainingguidance, maintain learning & development courses and to providetraining on an ad-hoc basis for expense & corporate card policies andprocedures
  • Escalate policy concerns and violations to employeesand management as necessary
  • Work with Ally's corporate card provider to monitordaily, weekly, monthly card account reports
  • Analyze expense data & trends to identifydeficiencies & opportunities
  • Audits compliance with policies & ongoing integrityof corporate card programs
  • Generate business line management reports & provideprogram data as needed
  • Serve as a back-up support to the company fleet vehicleprogram
  • Manage or participates in special projects as required
  • Assist Customer Service with Accounts Payable and otherPayment Services related questions Performs other related duties asassigned

The Skills You Bring

  • 1+ years of Travel andEntertainment experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge ofthe Coupa Expense Reporting system.
  • Accountingknowledge and use of a general ledger system.
  • Bachelor'sDegree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Advancedexperience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Provenanalytical skills.
  • Strongwritten and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicateeffectively across business levels (both vertically and horizontally)
  • Ability tosupport multiple assignments and stakeholders, prioritize workload forself, and collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines.
  • Ability toorganize data, perform independent analysis and exercise effective problem-solvingskills
  • Detail-oriented,motivated, and action-oriented.
  • Ability todrive change and initiate/execute process improvements
  • Ability tobuild strong relationships with internal business partners and experienceworking with multiple business partners in a collaborative andteam-oriented manner.
  • Comfortableworking in an evolving and dynamic environment
